If this sounds like you, then please do join our maintenance group. This group will meet online for 55 minutes starting at 12 noon GMT on the first Thursday of every month. The class will be given by Alison Prideaux and her associates and is open to anyone who has already studied for 8 weeks with any teacher.
Each month the group will explore a different aspect of Mindfulness like acceptance, letting go, being with the difficult, compassion etc. The session will also address anything which is pertinent to the group that week. You will be encouraged to share your observations of the month or indeed the moment and we will reflect on whatever comes up. There will be at least 20 minutes set aside for guided meditation.
