Workshop for Graduates or Meditators Only

The peace of being present is only a breath away, come and refresh your practice.

This is a workshop for meditators,

A friendly way to revisit the meditations taught in the 8 week mindfulness course. A wonderful opportunity to restart or refresh your practice and remember how it feels to be present for a day.

No matter whether you are still doing formal practice or not, you are all welcome. For those who have not taken a mindfulness course but have meditated, come along and learn more about mindfulness in an experiential way.

We will start with a group share and then step into silence.

I will guide us through a series of sitting, walking, moving and lying down meditations which will last between 15 and 50 minutes each.

This day of immersion is best suited to those who have meditated already. If your yoga practice includes meditation then you are welcome too.

Bring your own picnic lunch to eat mindfully and you will be served a cup  of delicious soup, tea and snacks too.

If you have a yoga mat then do bring it and wear warm clothes that enable you to move and breathe easily. A shawl or blanket is a good idea and it is useful to have paper and pen with you.
