Denis O’Brien likes speed | Guided meditation with Alison Prideaux

Meditator, inspirational ski teacher and world cup downhill skier, Denis O’Brien, talks about being in the body mindfully on the mountain. Denis introduced me to Vipassana meditation and speed skiing over 20 years ago. See the speed suits in the video ! and a couple of shots on the Vallée Blanche (alternative route). Sorry the sound for the meditation is rubbish but you get the idea – be with the breath kindly and keep coming back into the body – like Denis on a downhill ! “
