MEDITATIONS

Well done for being here, it means you are one step closer to your practice.

For beginners I suggest you start with a short Mindfulness of the Breath Practice of 10 minutes and then progress from there. Remember to be kind with yourself and don’t fight with thoughts, just let them come and go. The only bad meditation is the one you don’t do!
