Managing stress in the workplace with Mindfulness
A workforce trained in Mindfulness techniques is more productive, more motivated and more healthy. We took this discussion a little further to explore the benefits of how Mindfulness connects us with our value system and what this means for business.

In this vein Simon Sinek says «people don’t buy what you do, they buy why you do it» Great leaders are all in touch with their «why» or in other words their value system and this is exactly where mindfulness takes us.

In the workshop / pesentation we had the opportunity to experience a few guided mindful moments and understand the difference between mindfulness and it’s opposite; automatic pilot. It is intrigueing to read the studies finding in favour of Mindfulness in the workplace, it is interesting to hear the scientific theory of why this is so, but the only way to become a mindful manager, employee or leader is to train in Mindfulness and practice regularly. Engage in an intensive course of 8 weeks and develop the skills that make so much difference in professional and personal life. It will be the best investment you ever make.
