  1. Brilliant guidance thank you for that. Just managed a few counts as new puppy attacked dog number one and nicked his bone starting a noisy play fight. But Even the intention serves me well. Will have another go in a bit. Good luck with the building site and thank heavens for mindfulness meditations. X
