If this sounds like you, then please do join our  Midweek Maintenance Group.  This group will meet online for 30 minutes starting at 6pm London time on the first Wednesday of every month. These guided meditations will be given by Alison Prideaux and her associates and is open to anyone who has already studied for 8 weeks with any teacher.

Each month the guidance will emphasise a different aspect of Mindfulness like acceptance, letting go, being with the difficult, compassion etc. You will be encouraged to share your observations of the month, or indeed the moment, on the forum and support each other in keeping up a formal practice.
