Every section on the clockface is “Now” 
As we learn to rest our attention in the present moment, these slices of time seem more generous and we feel less rushed.
Focusing on what we are doing with this present moment awareness allows us to enjoy the journey rather than being fixated on the destination.
Please leave a comment about which task or journey you have done mindfully, or plan to do mindfully today. My next mindful moment is going to be listening to the “off” sound as I close my computer – sigh !
